artist notes:
as an artist, i have full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork and thumbnails. always credit the artist (me) keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight changes compare the examples and the illustration givenrules
◆ all commissions are made digitally
◆ do not rush me as i have life, school , content creation to manage.
◆ agree to keep any sensitive or personal information private
◆ all commission prices are subject to change based on complexity.
◆ i have the rights to refuse the commission
◆ do not use or sell any of my art for nft or ai. you will be permanently blacklisted
◆ i have the rights to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time. i cannot cancel if i cannot refund.
◆ all thumbnail commissions will be subject to price changes depending on availability of materials and ease of access.payments
◆ all clients must pay upfront, unless determined otherwise, however expensive comms can be negotiated into plans.
◆ price of additional person is DOUBLE unless otherwise determined.
◆ payment through paypal/kofi only
◆ within up to 14 days you may request a refund. no refunds will be allowed after the detailed sketch has been approved, even if that is within the 14 days.

◆ You can't make a deadline if not agreed on before i start the comm.
◆all thumbnail comms will be finished within the week unless there is a deadline agreement. drawn thumbnail comms are not subject to this rule and will take the same time as drawing comms!
◆ it may take me to finish the commission up to 2-4 months (depending on the character design), unless there is a deadline agreement.
◆ clients are free to ask wips at any time, although i do not appreciate if its constantly asked, and may not be able to send them immediately.finish product will be sent through google folder or any other way upon the clients requestCOMMISSIONING MEANS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS. I will not be offering fully rendered illustration pieces for stream commissions, the only options I allow are black & white, and flat-colored sketches. Anything you insist to be pushed beyond this will come at an extra fee. Additionally, if you are ordering two characters in one commission, the price is DOUBLE.
Stream commissions are not like private commissions where you order exactly what you want in terms of your direct vision. I simply take the character(s) given to me and I draw them however I choose, skeb-like. I do this to ensure that commissioners are not taking advantage of me by using stream commissions. Thank you for understanding.
I will not be allowing refunds as soon as I begin the sketch commission. If you fail to request changes during the process of the drawing, you will only be allowed one free change at the conclusion (anything after that will come at a fee).
My goal is to complete each stream commission within the streaming time, but if I am unable to, it is well within my right to communicate that with you and to continue off of stream or pick up on it next stream. For whatever reason I choose to work off of stream, please allow me a maximum of a week to complete.
Please have existing, DRAWN character references at ready AS SOON as possible. I will offer the slot to another individual if you take too long (10 minutes).
I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason.
I will communicate if I am uncomfortable depicting something within my artwork and have the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason.
DISCLAIMER: Prices may be subject to change at ANY time. Under the circumstance that I adjust prices, I will communicate accordingly.
If I see you have asked me a question or detail during the stream after I have encouraged to read T.O.S, I will decline your commission as I have concluded that you have not read or respected it.YOU MAY NOT ORDER A LIVE COMM IF YOU ALREADY HAVE COMISSIONS IN PROGRESS. GIVE OTHER PEOPLE A CHANCE TO GET THEIR ART COMPLETED.Ordering a stream commission from me shows you understand and agree to the terms of service above, and I am not responsible for any consequence if you have not read and agreed to it.

All thumbnail pricing can be adjusted to less depending on complexity and accessibility of materials! Easier to find game images will always cost less, as it will take me less time! All thumbnail comms will be completed within the week once commissioned! drawn thumbnail comms are not subject to this rule and will take the same time as drawing comms!
